What you Will Learn:

This course is designed to give you the essential foundation knowledge and understanding needed to pursue a career as a complimentary or aesthetic practitioner.
This qualification will develop your knowledge and understanding of the organisation of the body, and the structure, function and pathologies of the skin, hair and nails. You will also learn about the structure, function and pathologies of the human body systems including, the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary and reproductive system.

VTCT (ITEC) Level 4 Award in Core of Knowledge for Laser & Light Devices

What you will learn

With a move towards regulation, many local authorities now require practitioners to hold a license to be able to perform hair and skin treatment with Laser and IPL devices. The Level 4 Award in Core of Knowledge for Laser & Light Devices is fast becoming an essential requirement of licensing for many local authorities and insurers. This course can be completed as a standalone qualification or combined with a range of Laser & IPL Courses we offer.

VTCT Level 4 Laser & Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

What you will learn

Our curriculum delves deep into the science behind light-based therapies, covering topics such as the physics of laser and IPL devices, skin anatomy and physiology, photobiology, and the mechanisms of action for various treatments. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of how lasers and IPL interact with the skin to target specific chromophores and address common concerns such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and acne.

VTCT (ITEC) Level 5 Certificate in Laser Tattoo Removal

What you will learn

This course teaches you everything you need to know about laser tattoo removal, including professional tattoos, amateur and semi-permanent makeup removal (eyebrows only).

As well as covering all the theory necessary you will complete practical hands-on training at one of our clinics. You will treat live models and by the end of the course, you will feel confident to be able to administer treatments safely and effectively at your own premises.
